The world celebrates the late legend Lou Reed this week and although the walking we do at Countryside Ski & Climb is somewhat different to the ‘wild side’ his song ventured into, the stories he told in his music reflect life and its ups and downs, which resonates with adventure seekers of every kind. Clearly, if you’re reading this, your domestic power survived the battering from the storms across the UK…if it didn’t and you need some warm boots or waterproof socks then get your boots on and take a walk over to Country…side!
